Mark Kolodziej

Managing Director

Mark has been involved in the construction and heavy industry sector for 30 years.

After supervising and site managing various construction and mechanical projects in Tasmania for Johns Perry Hayward in the late 1980s and early 90’s the urge to establish a dedicated mechanical contracting business saw a move into business ownership culminating in the development of Kolmark Pty Ltd.

Mark has had nearly 25 years of experience in running and directing a company.

Currently 54 years of age with a wife Maree of 30 years, 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Tim Freeman

Operations Manager

Tim has been with Kolmark for 15 years. In this time he has graduated from tradesman to supervision to workshop management and onto Operational Management.

Tim has qualified in Project and Business management and has developed extensive skills in managing large scale projects from inception through to completion.

Tim also is directly responsible with the day to day operations of Kolmark as a company.

He has extensive experience in Autocad, Database and the entire office management suite of programs.

Currently 44 years of age with a wife Katrina of 17 years and 2 children.
